Hi! I'm the studio rental manager. We are a theater company that produces devised works in nontraditional spaces. We love our studio because of its bright, natural light and "blank slate" quality. It provides the perfect atmosphere for thinking and creating and is also the perfect foundation for a film or video shoot.

The Space

This studio is the blank slate you need to create your next project. The full length picture window lets in maximum sunlight; bright enough to give natural light to any photoshoot. This studio is also perfect for actor self tapes or even small film shoots! The space is 450sq ft with extra high ceilings. Nearby are delis and Little Skips Cafe. There is ample street parking in the vicinity. The building offers shared restrooms down the hall and there is a standing A/C unit available for use in the studio. Any items brought to the space larger than 36 inches will require use of the freight elevator for a $50 charge per booking.
