That's how we started our business 12 years ago in Clinton Hill, and it's how we still spend most of our weeks—watching creatives use our space as the backdrop to tell a story. Located on the first floor, this spacious loft features incredible daylight from industrial tree-lined windows and all of Shell’s trademark Scandi-African design touches. This space is perfect for: *B-roll filming (not ideal for sound recording) *Small photo shoots *Small offsites *Small workshops / wellness events *For larger shoots/offsites please inquire about our larger spaces or our combo package for this space + adjacent loft space. -11' high ceiling - Elevator on premise -Open Plan Kitchen, Dinning and Lounge area. -On-site manager -Non metered street parking available -Air conditioner in main lounge area in the summer, heating in the winter Shoots: Please message us with the answers to the following questions: -Crew size (actors/talents included)? -Does the production provide insurance? (Required) -What are the hours you would need the space (from set up to clean up)? -Will there be any heavy and/or high voltage equipment in use? -What area of the loft will you be interested in shooting? -Do you plan on shooting in the hallway or in front of the building?
