Our ground level loft style shooting space is ideal for photography and video production, casting and private events. The studio space is 53' D x 24' W with 11' H ceiling clearance. There is an 8ft. roll away door with a loading ramp at the alley. Their are 4, 9 foot skylights, that let in plenty of natural daylight. They can also be blacked out with the included skylight shades. We are located on Burbank Blvd in Burbank, California. The studio is just minutes from Disney and Warner Brothers studios. It is conveniently located off the 5 freeway at the Burbank blvd exit. We offer an optional onsite grip package, smart climate control system, free Wifi and a complimentary 100 amps of distro box house power. 1500 square foot, ground level studio space located on Burbank Blvd in Burbank, CA. Just a few blocks from Filmtools. The Studio has a private entrance from the alley. The studio includes a light sound system, small refrigerator, A/C, off street parking for 2 vehicles, makeup sink, private bathroom, conference table, large Television for presentations, Wifi and Airplay. Plenty of street parking is available. Lots of local catering options are also available including: Portos, Mendocino Farms, Corner Bakery, etc. A boutique coffee shop is across the street.
