Weddings Only ~2018 Venue Rental Fees PEAK SEASON {April – December} Friday & Sunday $4,500 Saturday $5,500 Weddings Only Friday-Sunday OFF-SEASON {January – March} Friday & Sunday $3,500 Saturday $4,500 Weddings Only Friday-Sunday Venue Pricing Includes: These prices include the exclusive rental of our space for up to 11 hours (including set-up and breakdown) and include the following amenities: 150 - Fruit-wood Folding Chairs for Ceremony or Conference 160 - Fruit-wood Chavari Chair with Ivory Cushions for Reception or Event 1 - 60" 1/2 Round for Sweetheart Table 20 - 60" Round Tables (8-10 guests each) 6 - 30" Stand-Up Cocktail Tables 10 - 48" Round Tables for Sit Down Tables 1 - 48" Round Table for Cake 5 - 6' Banquet Tables 5 - 8' Banquet Tables 2- Portable Wooden Bars 2- 10’ Farm Wood Rectangular Table 1- 50” Farm Wood Round Table EVENT VALET *VALET IS REQUIRED FOR ELL EVENTS above [65] guests. Valet pricing is not included in rental fee. Please note that we have an excellent valet company that we use that is our exclusive valet vendor. [Rates for valet are personalized for each event.] EVENT EQUIPMENT RENTAL Our venue fees do not include t linens, plates, silverware, glassware, lighting, dancefloor, etc. as each client has different needs and tastes with décor details. Our onsite rental manager will help you create the perfect event. CATERING We offer [3] preferred caterers on property. Each caterer is special and unique in their own way. We offer {Iva Lee’s} {The Kitchen for Exploring Foods} & {The Spotted Hen} We are very pleased to put you in contact with them when you come in for your personal tour of the venues. Should you want to bring in your own caterer, we charge a $275 catering manager fee. ADDITIONAL RENTAL SPACES We also offer the following Rental Spaces: (2) Dressing rooms for hair & makeup which are attached to The Garage Burbank (1) Large production office which is also attached The Garage Burbank (1) TheCafe is full service kitchen for filming and events (Only Available on Saturday and Sunday- Up to 30 People)
