Valet pricing is not included in rental fee. Please note that we have an excellent valet company that we use that is our exclusive valet vendor. [Rates for valet are personalized for each event.] EVENT EQUIPMENT RENTAL Our venue fees do not include t linens, plates, silverware, glassware, lighting, dancefloor, etc. as each client has different needs and tastes with décor details. Our onsite rental manager will help you create the perfect event. CATERING We offer [3] preferred caterers on property. Each caterer is special and unique in their own way. We offer {Iva Lee’s} {The Kitchen for Exploring Foods} & {The Spotted Hen} We are very pleased to put you in contact with them when you come in for your personal tour of the venues. Should you want to bring in your own caterer, we charge a $275 catering manager fee. ADDITIONAL RENTAL SPACES We also offer the following Rental Spaces: (2) Dressing rooms for hair & makeup which are attached to The Garage Burbank (1) Large production office which is also attached The Garage Burbank (1) TheCafe is full service kitchen for filming and events (Only Available on Saturday and Sunday- Up to 30 People)
