Seamless pull: pulling the paper all the way under your feet where you step on it. One Seamless Pull is up to 6 ft long. Please add this during your booking in the add-ons sections if you need to pull the paper under your feet. Please do not cut paper backdrops yourself - fee $20. You will be provided with 2 access codes that will allow you to gain access to the studio. The first code will allow you to gain entry into the building. The second code will allow you to gain entry into the studio space and will only work during your scheduled booking times. After booking is confirmed you will get 2 video instructions - How to get in building and find studio space - How to use equipment 12ft ceilings and great indirect light throughout the day with NYC skyline view. 4 Seamless Papers installed on the system. AC is central in the building. - 1 x NEEWER air trigger remote for the flash strobes (Canon/Nikon/Sony) - 2 x Profoto D500 Flash Strobes - 2 x Profoto light stands - 1 x Portable Rectangular Softbox 23.6" X 35.4" - 1 x 55" Octagon - 2 x C-Stands Furniture: - Steamer - Clothing rack - We have just ONE table (make up station) - 4 bar Stools - 1 cube - Ladder - Roll up Curtains (not Blackout) - 2 Extension Cords General Rules -All booking start and end times are inclusive of set-up and clean-up time. Please take that into consideration when you make the booking. (To avoid extra fees please enter the space at the prescribed starting time and vacate the space 5 min before the end of your booking time). -No smoking, vaporizers, smoke/fog machine in the building. Penalty Fee $200 -No guns, drugs on the premises. Penalty Fee $300 -No Drinking Alcohol on the premises. Penalty Fee $100. -No confetti/glitter/faux moss/feathers/paint splashes/smashed glass/smashed cake/fake snow/soil/sand in the space. Penalty Fee $200 -No cutting paper backdrops by yourself. Penalty Fee $20 -No tape of any kind on the walls. -Street parking only. -Cancellation/rescheduling is possible only until 7 days before the booking date -For some bookings (large groups shoots, late nights, weekends, etc.) a $200 Deposit is required (Zelle, Cash App) - it's fully refundable in the next 1-2 days if no damages/rules violation occur during the booking. 🎤 You will not be able to record clear sound in this studio
