It boasts gorgeous daylight as well as blackout capability, amazing crew available (with advanced notice and booking deposit), and a quiet shooting space. Fun, unique shooting areas. The oversized loft windows allow for look out over Manhattan providing an open, airy vibe while putting in long shoot days. 13-foot ceilings, a variety of available seamless, and a sizable quantity of rental equipment, props, decor & furniture are available. Over the top, graffiti and notable wall murals run the gamut in style and cool in this unique, artsy neighborhood. There are RV's & food trucks in the neighborhood to use as a backdrop. This is the cool E. side of Williamsburg and it gives room for creative expression with an edgy, casual vibe. We invite you to use our home as you would your own. Shot in our space is apparel & fashion, table top, music videos, personal and promotion videos, workshops, biz video, portraits, commercial gigs, etc. Come & check us out. Quiet neighborhood with low traffic allows for hassle free fashion & product shoots. Be sure to request the "too fab" 20,000 sq ft roof to create on trend, magazine style, fashion shots. General liability insurance is required for events for more than 6 people. Please inquire about alternative modes of deposit so we can accommodate your gig.
