Very warm and characterful home with lots of wood, carvings and a 'homey' feel inside with peaceful & sunny canyon views outside in multiple areas on multiple levels. British touches - "Union Jack" flag wood ceiling, "Fox & Hounds" pub doors, wood carvings - lions heads etc Large stone fireplace (gas, working) in living room with vaulted ceiling, built in bookcase, plus antique grand piano (slightly out of tune!), leaded windows, reading nook. Light & bright - wall of French doors leading to wraparound balcony & canyon view Antique Pool / snooker table with overhead lights becomes dining table for 12 on bar stools Multiple levels / areas in which to shoot Large outdoor deck with rectangular sofa, fire pit, mushroom heaters, cafe lights. Double person hammock Gazebo with table & chairs (seats approx 8 people) a few steps below seating area Additional small tables around the pool seat 4 people each Folding tables / some extra chairs available Round daybed plus two long sun loungers & 4 sun chairs (orange / striped cushions) Built-in gas BBQ available for use Larger items can be transported to pool level via side staircase Younger ages / under 21 considered on a case-by-case basis.
