My space is charming and very spacious. It can be used for a family or work event. It is located in a beautiful neighborhood centrally located to the beach and Beverly Hills. Big yard with a large patio. Great for entertaining and have family events. Has a full stocked kitchen. Brand new furniture. Over 12,000 sq ft it has space for many functions.
