The Space

This open space in a working artist’s studio provides a warm, creative, industrial environment for you to collaborate, entertain, or create. The dynamic, space will accommodate a variety of meetings, presentations, media production, pop ups, and private and corporate gatherings and events. Complete with beautiful paintings, this space shares the creative ambience and camaraderie of the artist’s practice. The 1700 sq ft space can be configured for up to 50 people. The 12 foot ceilings have dimmable lighting. The space is open, with stunning original artwork creating a unique and sophisticated environment. The space includes several tables and chairs available for variable arrangements, including seated dinners, offsite meetings and/or corporate events. Two kitchens are available, one open and newly renovated is perfect for refreshments and presentation, and an additional prep kitchen is convenient for preparing food and catering. The space contains a brand new private bathroom as well as access to two newly renovated bathrooms. The building contains two passenger elevators and a large freight elevator that opens directly into the space. Conveniently located in the heart of Chelsea, the center of the New York art world, with a Highline entrance across the street. Dozens of galleries are within the building, with many more minutes away. We’d love to schedule a site-visit, where you can see the space, consult with us, and generate ideas for your event’s layout. We will always try to arrange the space ahead of the event, according to your specifications. Monday - Sunday 8am - 11 pm. Not suitable for young children no pets, no smoking.
