The Space

Super chic designers studio and office space. Gorgeous herringbone wood floors, plaster walls, Huge vintage steel-framed casement windows. Tall ceilings, modern light fixtures, dramatic European style double wood doors, very cool furniture, library and accessories available for use. The space is flooded with beautiful light at all hours, with park and rooftop views. Its a 2 floor, late 30's era building and this space is above it all, on the 2nd floor. Perfect for people or product shoots- its very spacious, not cluttered at all. Many options for light, angles and spaces as there are 3 rooms. They all have windows. Weekends, parking is available. During the week, street or public structure parking. Easy unload in the alley behind the building, with rear door stairs and direct access to space. There is an elevator as well.
