The area is a destination for creatives flocking to its restaurants and shops but also has heavy foot traffic because of its central location and proximity to most subway lines. This chic space is a blank canvas full of potential for the devoted minimalist or those looking for a more opulent presentation. It is managed by an onsite creative consultant who after 15 years in upscale retail, can curate the experience to bring the client's vision to life.
