The Space

From small board meetings to events of up to 150, this space is equipped with the space and technology to meet your event needs. Our Stage includes a kitchen for catering prep, coat closet, and green room (upon request). Additionally the space includes beautiful Knoll furniture, high-speed and high-capacity wifi, 5 handheld microphones (4 wireless, 1 wired), 90" presentation screen, and stage lighting.

The 4 hour minimum includes setup and breakdown time. Additional Fees: House Management (includes AV) - $200 Cleaning - $150 *If your event expects 75+ attendees, the following building fee applies: Lobby Security/Freight - $200/hour
