Colorful Inspiring Artist Loft on Las Olas

Private events, intimate concerts, interviews, photoshoots, film shoots, meetings, chef’s dinners and entertainment…you name it. My artist loft has it all. Located in downtown Las Olas boasting with shopping and entertainment options, my colorful loft is ideal for small private events with a modern creative twist. Kitchen is equipped with everything for a chef’s dinner and the cooktop is part of the counter that sits 6-8 people comfortably. Lighting and the ambience can be set as needed. Free parking is available at the attached parking garage for all your guests. The venue has easy access - the entrance doors can be opened with a QR code and the apartment has a digital entry system. The rate is for personal private events. If your event is ticketed, there is a separate charge per person, so please send a message for further details. The building has luxury amenities such as rooftop pool and cabanas, bbq courtyard with water fountains, that may also be utilized, subject to availability and fees. You are expected to take personal responsibility for your group and ensure the space is used with respect. I have an extensive experience in events management and will assist with overseeing your event. Any special requirements have to be communicated in advance. Overnight stay may be available at the loft or at one of my yachts 5 minutes away (two bed two bath and two bed one bath yachts, both parked in Venice Isles), feel free to enquire for further details.
