Our goal is to provide our clients with the absolute basics they need to make a great project. Whether you are a professional photographer or just a group of friends looking to make a music video for a new project, we hope our space serves you well. _________________________ PLEASE READ: > Monday - Friday, 7am-5pm, Music must be kept at moderate volumes. Please plan accordingly. > The Black Room is NOT included in the base price. If you would like to add-on the Black Room please scroll to the bottom and look at the "Add-Ons" Section. > Money Prop is an additional add-on and is not included with the Money Blue Set. We encourage to bring your own prop or rent ours. > Sets can be moved but must be put back in place. Anything screwed into the wall cannot be moved (Unless spoken about). If moved & not put back, there will be a $250 charge. > Any clothing missing from our Joyful Orange Closet/Retail set will result in a charge of $20 per missing piece. > Do Not Enter Belts is not a set. If you see a Do Not Enter Belt it is because it is not part of your session. If you're unsure of anything, please ask!
