Hello, we are Melissa and Palmer, a couple who both work in Set Decoration for TV/Film. The warehouse is 95% custom made by Palmer. From every piece of furniture to the decorations and lighting fixtures. It's a really fun space with lots of special touches. We love getting to share it with folks. The 12 seating dining room table make it great for meetings or dinner parties. We have also hosted concerts, parties, and done film and photo shoots. Happy to get to host your next event.

The Space

Our space is a large open Warehouse 95% custom built including the furnishing and lighting. It's totally unique and one of the last remaining true artists district warehouse spaces. We have a open kitchen that looks on to a 12 seat cork dining room table. Great for hosting dinner parties or meetings. The living room, den and kitchen have additional seating. We have hosted parties, film and photo shoots, magic shows, sound baths, concerts and special occasions. We enjoy getting to share our space but want to make sure it is respected. So we encourage no crazy parties. Since it is all custom furniture trust us it's not worth the risk:) Let us know your needs. We have an additional 1500 square feet of space attached. In total the whole space is 3,000. In the back we have extra room for storage. We also have an entire workshop for building. Need a stage we can do it! We are open to helping make your event happen. Tell us your ideas and we will see what we can do:) We have free street parking out front. During the daytime it can be a bit crowded but is pretty open from 6pm on. Depending on the event will depend on if we charge a cleaning fee. For film/photo shoots the fee depends on what you are shooting, how much equipment and crew you will be bringing and the furniture, artwork and rooms you will be using.
