Spanning 15,500 SF, the industrial design, exposed piping and wood beam ceilings, polished concrete flooring, with skylights truly throughout really gives this space the cool factor. Whether you are looking for a full studio to film your project from start to finish, host an event, put on a killer art show or teach a class. The Space

Industrial and edgy, this Hayden Tract studio office space is chic and spacious with plenty of add-ons available. Food trucks daily and across the street from Destroyer (critically acclaimed coffee shop). There's plenty of chairs and desks to choose from as well. Additionally we can offer services like coffee, cold brew coffee, TV setup (for meetings), roll-in white boards, large post-it boards, and much more!
