Keep in mind this room is in a 9,000 sq. ft Hollywood charmer from the 1920's, so if you need a larger conference room or space, we've got that too. Excellent for all of your film shoot and location, hair and makeup HMU, fittings, screening, or production office needs! Many angles for your shoot needs, please inquire about the many other adjacent rooms we have in this 9,000 sq ft building. We understand each shoot or event is unique. Please contact us with your needs and we'll do our best to accommodate a custom price that works for you. Please Note: *Prices start at the listed amount. Pricing is subject to change at the owner's discretion due to: - the number of guests including cast and crew members, - extra space for HMU/ craft services/equipment overflow, - excessive scout visits - usage of props or other rentals, etc. - last-minute room changes or additional rooms being used. *More than 6 cast/crew members and/or excess equipment must rent out the adjacent Conference room in addition.
