The Space

Modern spa decor with a cool, chill, homey vibe. Triplex layout offers many looks and various camera angles. Beautifully designed with unique artwork throughout. North / South exposure, floor to ceiling windows. Very sunny and bright all day. Brick walls in every room with French doors and small Juliette balconies facing the residential street. Restoration hardware curtains and window treatments in every room. Huge master Bedroom has a private balcony with cafe table and chairs overlooking south facing brownstone backyards. Sitting and office areas in the master bedroom. Versatile. Very quiet.
