Fully solar-powered private luxury compound in Venice Beach with large outdoor space, swimming pool, outdoor dining, fireplace, fire pit and daybed. Open floor plan with large kitchen and living room, connected to outdoor space through glass walls and several glass sliding doors. All rooms and spaces shown in the listing pictures are available for production. *Bedrooms are not available for production (they are not shown in the listing pictures). We look forward to hosting you! Rules/Regulations: - The space is available for photo and video shoots with crews no larger than 20 people total (including talent). - Booked rental time includes set up and takedown time. - The Crew & Talent should wear masks whenever possible. - Pool use is included in booking fee. If you want to use the pool, please bring your own towels. - Please use rubber feet on any equipment to avoid scratching wood floors. - Please put tennis balls on top of equipment to avoid damage to the ceilings. - Please avoid leaning equipment or any other items against any white walls. - No smoking on the premises. - No loud outdoor music . - No full nudity. - Please keep entry gate closed at all times, except for loading purposes. - Owners and staff will be working from the garage office during production. *We require a COI for all shoots.
