This space was birthed out of a desire to address and prevent the negative effects of gentrification. Typically, there's a battle between innovation and tradition. By encouraging long-standing citizens and community newcomers to work together, I believe we can invent new things, foster an inclusive environment, and inspire the next generation of citizens. Our mission is to bring people together for change, one event at a time.

This newly renovated space is conveniently located only steps away from the Baltimore Waterfront Promenade and boasts free, easy street parking for all guests. Whether you’re planning a social, corporate, production, or community event - this is the ideal venue for your next intimate event in Downtown Baltimore.

As the world begins to open, we are pleased to welcome our guests back. Our promise to you is that safety is of the utmost importance, and we are taking all the necessary precautions as we begin to host events again. This includes: Enhanced sanitation practices Flexible event space layouts Intimate, private space During this uncertain global climate, intimate event venues like ours are the ideal spot to gather. We are host to a controlled environment that welcomes only one group at a time for a private event experience. We are contracted with a commercial cleaning company that uses a three step process that sanitizes and adds an antimicrobial shield to protect surfaces throughout our venue to help limit the impact of the COVID-19 spread on our guests and employees While our space is in use we ask that you please follow these hygiene guidelines: Wash your hands frequently and properly Use your arm or sleeve when coughing or sneezing, and use hand sanitizer regularly Dispose of tissues immediately and wash hands or use sanitizer any time you have used tissues If You Are Sick For everyone's safety, we are asking guests who are displaying even mild flu-like symptoms, including fever, cough, and cold to stay home. Please notify us if you or one of your team members or guests are diagnosed with COVID-19 and have used our space or facilities in the past 30 days. Social distancing We are strongly encouraging our guests to keep social distancing while meeting at our space and will not allow bookings for a large number of participants. Event Services Our vendors providing food and beverages, and other even services, are following our Health & Safety Policy guidelines.

50% refund up to 1 week prior to event check in, except service fees.
