The Space

Located in the heart of Miami's Innovation District, this eclectic converted warehouse is perfect for art exhibits, performance art showcases, socials and private parties/gatherings. The space is also great for unique photo and video shoots. The space includes: - Entrance through private reception area - Lounge with kitchenette + bar (includes ice bin, two coolers, and two fridges) - Theater with stage (4x8ft) and aerial rig; full sound system + Pioneer RX2 CDJ; four wireless mics; four moving heads + lasers; 12-ft projection screen + cinema quality HD projector (NOTE: use of AV equipment MAY require additional fee, depending on event type, time and duration) - A backstage/VIP area (fits up to 12 people) - Two bathrooms: one with a toilet + shower; one with two urinals and a stall - Outdoor patio with lighting, bug repellants, and tables - Multi-color lighting in all rooms to set the mood of your choice - Seating for up to 40 people included (additional would require rental from partner vendor) We are also able to provide FULL event planning services: - assist in the creative design of event - design and develop digital or printed invitations and other event materials - develop guest registration/ticketing systems/databases - event photography/videography services - recommend + book DJs, burlesque/drag/circus/specialty performers, live singers + bands, as well as caterers, staff, and all vendors required to put together a very special event of any size or type SEATED: up to 70 guests total (40 in theater, 20 in lounge, 10 backstage/VIP) STANDING: 100-125 guests total
