Basic equipment included, you can add more equipment in ADD-ons Freight elevator works 24/7 - (please, specify in your booking request if you need to use the freight elevator). Raw Concrete floor - you don't need to worry that equipment can leave scratches on the floor 🚇3 min walking from L-train Jefferson stop. You will be provided with 2 access codes that will allow you to gain access to the studio. The first code will allow you to gain entry into the building. The second code will allow you to gain entry into the studio space and will only work during your scheduled booking times. Elevator works 24/7 - If you need to use a freight elevator, please let me know a couple of days in advance so I can arrange it for you. You will need special instructions for the freight elevator. It might take up to 15 min to find the freight elevator. Also after booking you will get 2 video instructions - How to get in the building and find studio space - How to use equipment 🚨All backdrops are free to use as backgrounds only. +$15 per seamless pull/color. Seamless pull: pulling the paper all the way under your feet where you step on it. Please add this during your booking at the add-ons sections if you need to pull the paper under your feet. Penalty Fee $200 -No guns, drugs on the premises. Penalty Fee $300 -No Drinking Alcohol on the premises. Penalty Fee $100 -No confetti/glitter/faux moss/petals/feathers/paint splashes/smashed glass/smashed cake/fake snow/sand/soil in the space. Penalty Fee $200 -No standing on Furniture with shoes on. Fee $100 -No cutting paper backdrops by yourself. Penalty Fee $20 -No tape of any kind on the walls -Don’t lose the Bathroom Fob. Fee $100 -Street parking only. 🎤 You will not be able to record clear sound in this studio -Cancellation/rescheduling is possible only until 7 days before the booking date -For some bookings (large groups shoots, late nights, weekends, etc.) a $200 Security Deposit is required (Zelle, Cash App) - it's fully refundable in the next 1-2 days after the booking if no damages/rules violation occur during the booking.
