We are a decorator, production designer couple with a passion for art, architecture, design and having friends over for a dinner party. We love to share our space for the artistically and aesthetically inclined.

The Space

Brick store front loft with 24' ceilings, front room, 1/2 bathroom, 2 x full bathrooms, master bedroom with modern tub, industrial kitchen, game room, roll up door, large common area, 32' rustic wood table, spiral staircase, and diamond plate steel staircase with landing, rear building access with parking. Downtown industrial views, concrete floors, large wall space. And last but not least, a 30' silver submarine.

Health & Safety Policy

The space and disinfected in accordance with the guidelines from CDC. High touch surfaces and amenities are disinfected. We have reconfigured our space to allow for physical distance. We supply hand sanitizer. We require masks. Our HVAC has HEPA-Certified filters. We open windows to allow for air flow and ventilation.

THERE IS A $100 CLEANING FEE, OVERTIME FEE OF TIME AND A HALF. FULL DAY RATE IS FOR 10 HOURS FOR PRODUCTION, FOR ALL OTHERS IT IS 8 HOURS. PLEASE INQUIRE ABOUT OUR MULTI-DAY DISCOUNT. FINALLY, WE REQUIRE A CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE THAT YOU CAN PURCHASE AT EVENTHELPER.COM. (Average price for event is $100)
