Our team at Createscape has been working hard on a number of COVID-19 response initiatives to provide the safest office setting for our members and guests as possible. This includes adding transparent plexiglass walls/shields across our open table seating areas, doing a full disinfection around the clock of all surfaces and areas of touch, providing accessible disinfectant wipes and hand sanitizer, marking social distancing spots across the floors, greatly limiting seating capacity in all rooms, and requesting masks be worn when walking around (and offering masks for free), just to name a few. Our staff is also being extremely careful and wearing gloves and a mask to take care of tasks such as coffee preparation and cleanings. Changes at the office: Increased schedule of sanitizing & commercial-grade disinfection of all office surfaces, areas of touch Hand sanitizer & disinfection wipes readily available in all rooms Plexiglass dividers/barriers installed at all open tables Face masks or coverings requested of members, guests, staff when in hallways or walking around the office Social-distancing floor markers every 6 feet & blocked off desks for more separation For transparency, posted information in each room regarding its most recent disinfection New behavioral signage across the office for hand-washing instructions & steps to tackle COVID-19 Lowered capacity limit for all work rooms and meeting rooms
