About the Space Our studio is perfect for music photo/video/film projects. The space is also great for private events, workshops, and pop-up shops. There are multiple immersive sets & backdrops within the space. We also have a hair/makeup station stocked with hygiene items for touch-ups. Located within 1 block from beautiful Lake Merritt. ALSO: *Ground floor entry for easy access. *Tripods for phone *Extra chairs and plants *Private Restroom, *Mini fridge, *Coffee Maker & Tea RULES: Booked rental time includes setup and tear-down. Your prep/cleanup has to be WITHIN your booking period so please book accordingly. The starting time you've booked here might be landing exactly right after the other group's booking period as there is no way to put a buffer in between booking here. Please ask to confirm. Overtime is charged at 1.5x hourly rate. Please no excessive noise outdoors, for respect to our neighbors. The studio must be returned to the exact condition you found it in. Please treat our studio as if it was your own. We understand that things happen, so if anything breaks during your rental period please let us know immediately so that we can help. There may be a replacement fee for damaged equipment/props. If your project requires more than 7 people present in the studio at the same time there will be +$10/hour surcharge. We recommend that you don’t leave any valuables in your vehicle (good practice in the bay area). No smoking. Violation of this rule will result in a $250 fee. No Glitter/Confetti, pigment, sand, powder, paint, or any loose substance without first notifying us, and having a proper art dept in place. For any substances that require extra cleaning, we charge an added cleaning fee of $100. We are not responsible for injuries. ABOUT: Hi there, I'm Bre.
