The Space
Please take a moment to read the entire description to make sure the space will be a good fit. I’m more than happy to answer any questions you may have :) Our 2500 square ft creative space is perfect for celebrations and other private events. The layout is very open and all furniture can be moved around as you like. If you want all of the furniture removed prior to your event, please select the furniture removal add on when booking. There are three large windows that let in natural light during the day. Overhead lights can be adjusted from extremely bright to almost pitch black at night. The windows face the top of a roof so you will enjoy privacy. We are located on the second floor which can be accessed by elevator or stairs. The space has one private restroom. There are no noise restrictions after regular business hours (evenings and weekends). What's included in your booking: -Full PA system (2 speakers, mixer, 2 wireless microphones) -Projector w/ 100" screen -80" TV -XBOX w/ games and streaming services -Kitchen w/ fridge/freezer, sink, toaster, microwave, coffee maker -Fully stocked vending machine -Central A/C and heater -80" whiteboard -Conference/serving/dining table -Pop-a-shot basketball arcade game -Several oversized couches -3 folding tables -10 folding chairs, 10 additional chairs (20 total) -Dolly for bringing your items in/removing them Additional available rental items: (please reserve when booking to make sure the items are on site) -Pioneer DDJSB2 DJ controller -Backdrops: $10/roll (we have 10 colors, if we don't have the color you need and you give enough notice, we should be able to purchase it) -2 Neweer studio lights for photo/video: $40 -Fog machine: $30 -Additional folding chairs: $2/chair Past events have included: -industry mixers -sip & paint -karaoke events -album listening events -game nights -movie nights -small comedy shows -small acoustic shows -art showcases -vendor marketplace -graduation events -birthday events -baby showers -super bowl/fight night watch parties Rental rate is calculated by the number of guests attending. If you end up having more guests than originally booked, the entire booking will be retroactively adjusted to the corresponding rate. That means that even if you had fewer guests for some or most of the time during the event, if the number of guests attending is more than originally booked, every single hour will be charged at the new rate. If the event exceeds maximum capacity of the space, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the event without refund. Please be transparent and honest about the nature of the event/number of expected guests. If we are unable to accommodate your event, we can refer you to people who can. Please be conscious that the booking time includes set-up and clean up. Please do not come earlier than your booked time starts or leave later than your booked time ends. No large parties. No nightclub or rave type events. No ticket sales/entry charge. No selling alcohol. No underage drinking/consumption. We may require a refundable cleaning deposit depending on the nature of the event and number of guests, which be returned at the end of the event (or following day for night time events) as long as the space is left undamaged and reasonably clean. This is due before the start of the event. We are more than happy to give you an in person or virtual walk through of the space, and recommend it. Just send a message to schedule a time! Please limit in person walk throughs to one per event. You will be required to provide photo identification and sign a liability waiver prior to the start of your event.

Health & Safety Policy
The safety and well being of our guests is our top priority. We are committed to the overall wellbeing of our guests and have taken additional measures to ensure the cleanliness of our space. We have updated and developed cleaning and safety policies to help limit the impact of the COVID-19 spread on our guests and employees. We refer to the recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO) and CDC Guidance for Cleaning and Disinfecting (CDC) to implement the following: Cleaning We are implementing enhanced cleaning procedures in our space to protect our guests. These include: Our staff is following the cleaning and hygiene guidance recommended by the CDC We are thoroughly cleaning our space and all shared surfaces regularly, before and after each booking, with disinfectant We use detergent to remove dirt, grease, dust, and germs. Once the surface is clean, we spray with a disinfectant. We are providing hand sanitizer and anti-bacterial wipes to our guests We provide essential amenities such as hand soap, paper towels, and tissues, a trash can with foot pedal, paper toilet seat cover dispenser, etc. We ventilate the space before cleaning and it was used Hygiene While our space is in use we ask to please follow these hygiene guidelines: Wash your hands frequently and properly Use your arm or sleeve when coughing or sneezing, and use hand sanitizer regularly Dispose of tissues immediately and wash hands or use sanitizer any time you have used tissues If You Are Sick For everyone's safety, we are asking guests who are displaying even mild flu-like symptoms, including fever, cough, and cold to stay home. Please notify us if you or one of your team members or guests are diagnosed with COVID-19 and have used our space or facilities in the past 30 days. Social distancing We are strongly encouraging our guests to keep social distancing while meeting at our space and will not allow bookings for a large number of participants. Event Services Our vendors providing food and beverages, and other even services, are following our Health & Safety Policy guidelines.
