The Space

A newly built 1,500+ sq. foot home plus additional 6,000+ sq. foot enclosed private outdoor area with creative spaces including areas for; wedding ceremonies, dinner parties, dance parties, birthday parties, bounce house parties, film/photo shoots, meetings, and/or workshops. **Ask about our 2 night stay package which includes;** *a 2 night stay in the 3 bedroom, 2 bath home for up to 10 people. *Your event fee with unlimited time*. *Chairs and tables for up to 100 guests included *Cleaning fee included *Outdoor Setup & supplies drop-off to garage starts at 12 noon. *Check-in starts at 4pm or as soon as housekeeping is done. Checkout is 11am The property has a fully enclosed privacy fence, screened front porch, and a 80 feet by 27 feet upper & lower sun deck. We offer included full access to our outdoor kitchen and barbecue grill, hammocks, seating bar, dining area, and lounging areas, upper and lower sun decks, indoor seating area, indoor dining area, indoor kitchen, and full bathroom. This space is perfect for the following events; Birthday Parties Baby Showers Weddings Content Creation Podcasts Cooking Video Shoots Photo Shoots Filming Meetings Workshops Corporate Events *Guest can add the option to have access to up to 3 bedrooms and 1 additional bathroom. *Tables / Chairs / Tents: We can provide event chairs, tables, and tents for an additional cost upon request. *Parking options Free private onsite parking for up to 5 vehicles, (5 total complimentary parking spaces available. 2 cars fit in the driveway back to back, and 3 vehicles can fit head-in in front of fence gate door. *Additional public street parking (at owner's risk), additional public parking at a park down the street (at owner's risk).
