The Space

About 20'x30'x12'h White Cyclorama, 15'x20'x12'h Green Cyclorama, 8'x9'h White Cyc in private room & Some other Shooting Walls and Backgrounds available. Studio located in Los Angeles/Commerce area. Nearby Citadel Outlets & Commerce Casino. We have on-site parking space for about 10 cars, and it's also very easy to park for free on the street. The studio also has a high loading dock and a slope loading dock, so you can easily transport the equipment. We have a private restroom, fast Wi-Fi internet, small refrigerator & microwave, Coffee maker. About 8 guests fit comfortably standing. (11-20 max will be charged $100 flat rate with confirmation) If the guest needs a special set, staging, or any walls we can fabricate upon request.

Health and SafetyHealth & Safety Policy

We have finished moving from the heart of downtown LA Due to COVID-19, the former location of the shooting site was too crowded and unsafe, so we created a new space in a new location at an independent building. In order to solve the existing clogged and narrow space, we made a bigger stage in a wider space. Larger space gives you good air circulation to create a more safe environment to work with. Wearing a mask and washing your hands is essential for yourself and for the others. Currently in the discount period. The safety and well being of our guests is our top priority. We are committed to the overall wellbeing of our guests and have taken additional measures to ensure the cleanliness of our space. We have updated and developed cleaning and safety policies to help limit the impact of the COVID-19 spread on our guests and employees. We refer to the recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO) and CDC Guidance for Cleaning and Disinfecting (CDC) to implement the following: *Cleaning We are implementing enhanced cleaning procedures in our space to protect our guests. These include: Our staff is following the cleaning and hygiene guidance recommended by the CDC We are thoroughly cleaning our space and all shared surfaces regularly, before and after each booking, with disinfectant We use detergent to remove dirt, grease, dust, and germs. Once the surface is clean, we spray with a disinfectant. We are providing hand sanitizer to our guests We provide essential amenities such as hand soap, paper towels, and tissues, a trash can, paper toilet seat cover, etc. We ventilate the space before cleaning and it was used We are disinfecting our space using the following disinfectant certified service: (fill in your provider) *Hygiene While our space is in use we ask to please follow these hygiene guidelines: Wash your hands frequently and properly Use your arm or sleeve when coughing or sneezing, and use hand sanitizer regularly Dispose of tissues immediately and wash hands or use sanitizer any time you have used tissues *If You Are Sick For everyone's safety, we are asking guests who are displaying even mild flu-like symptoms, including fever, cough, and cold to stay home. Please notify us if you or one of your team members or guests are diagnosed with COVID-19 and have used our space or facilities in the past 30 days. *Social distancing We are strongly encouraging our guests to keep social distancing while meeting at our space and will not allow bookings for a large number of participants. Rental time includes set up and tear down so please consider that while booking. Overtime might be possible, you should inform us about possible or desirable overtime in advance, during the booking process, and we consider that in the studio schedule. Peerspace will charge your card for extra time. Agree to leave the Studio and surrounding property in the same condition as when you arrived. Furniture and all the provided equipment should be treated with care. No charge for simple footsteps on Cycs. Minimum $50 cleaning/repaint charge for scuffs, marks, stains, etc. No explosion, glitter, powder, oils, smoke effects, body painting, hair cutting, or other messy items without prior permission. Minimum $50 cleaning fee for use of the above without permission. About 8 guests fit comfortably standing. (11-20 max will be charged $100 flat rate with confirmation) Please book with a detailed shooting plan so we can prepare better for your project. Our studio is a non-smoking environment. Any form of cannabis, vaping, alcohol, and drugs not allowed in the building. No illegal behavior. No cooking but, you can bring your own food and we have a microwave and bottled water and mini refrigerator that you and your crew can use. PARKING We have enough onsite parking space and also it is very easy to park on the street as free. Thanks so much for your interest in our space.
