Dance studio with a kitchen and loft|viewing space located up a short flight of stairs. Large windows looking out directly into Fairfax. This space can be used for many different things, but is primarily used for dance classes, yoga, cirque, fitness, photoshoots, filmshoots, rehearsals, and castings. A great rehearsal space for celebrities. Production lighting and sound. Black box. .
