We are located 5 minutes from the beach and have a handy parking on the rear of the building .

We provide co-working, education, progressive childcare, and community to families. Our mindfully designed studio features an indoor playground, a co-working area and a beautiful retail space. Located in the heart of Santa Monica with plenty of foot traffic and street parking. Perfect for brands or companies targeting families, hosting events and product launches.
