The space is a 10 minute drive from downtown San Francisco and a perfect location for private diverse events. Amenities: 10 x designer bamboo spring chairs. 2 x 12' Solid wood conference tables. 1 x unisex bathroom. Fully functional DJ station (Speakers, Turntables, Mixer and a Microphone). Plenty of free street parking. Front parking bay which can be accommodating a food truck. HD Projector Access: Main space, bathroom, gallery wall space, display shelves and outdoor area available during booking. Included services: Cleaning Security (required for any event) On-site personal Amenities at additional cost: Doorman available if needed at additional cost of $25/hour. Extra Production Assistant available if needed at additional cost of ($25/hr). Catering services available for appetizers or sit down dinner of up to 20 people.
