This space is a modern upscale clean 325 sq ft 25 seat theater room and meeting space, which is usually rented out for movie screenings and acting related workshops and classes, as well as writers workshops (with laptops), conferences, and meetings. It's well lit, comes with 25 plush theater chairs with movable armrests and 13 Dolby Atmos complete surround sound speakers! A dry white erase board can be used on an easel and a movable 55 inch smart TV on a rolling stand. We are conveniently located in North Hollywood, with plenty of FREE street parking nearby. We are just off of highways 134, 101, and the 170. Easy freeway on an off ramp directly on Cahuenga. The room is in an space adjacent to our film production studio. We are located on the second floor of the business complex. There is FREE hi speed WIFI accessibility while renting the space.
