We're a co-working community that hosts amazing events in our 2,700 sq. ft. loft space. We've previously hosted panels, parties, conferences, photo shoots, video shoots, art openings, fashion presentations, and more. I'm excited about booking your next great event.

The Space

We are a curated membership community for creatives and entrepreneurs. Our spacious, highly-customizable loft space, is ideal for large functions, corporate events, and evening parties. Located in the Lower East Side, the 2,700 sq. ft venue is available to rent partially or in its entirety, furnished or empty. The event space is ideal for corporate off-sites, team workshops, panel discussions, speaking engagements, cocktail parties, photo/video shoots, influencer activations, launch parties, and live performances. We often pass on young birthday parties, late-night events, baby/bridal showers, and weddings. Additional fees (may) apply: We charge a setup fee & post-event cleaning fee: rates vary based on the number of guests at your event. We have elevator access from M-F (9am-5pm) only –– our man-operated elevator is available to rent for an additional flat fee, for 3 hrs ($200). The venue has state of the art audio systems and visual equipment including: - a Projector & screen - free wifi - 4 Flat-screen displays - Mixer, Power Amps & Speakers - Audio & Venue Speakers with multiple zones. Audio and Video inputs for all types of devices (Mac/PC laptop, HDMI, VGA, Aux) - 2 Wired microphones, 1 wireless microphone - 135 Chairs - leather chairs & couches - Studio Lighting (for filmed events & interviews) - Livestream capabilities [dedicated bandwidth100/100 mbp/s download & upload enterprise class fiber connectivity, event dedicated ethernet ports and enterprise class wifi connectivity. - Mini kitchen & bar setup - 2 Unisex bathrooms - Elevator Access - You can use any catering service you desire, we do not require you to use a specific vendor.
