Semi- furnished industrial loft in Downtown LA's fashion district. 1100 sq ft. Great natural light. Large loft-style living room and kitchen area, private bathroom and as separate loft style bedroom and a large balcony. Includes two parking spots in the building. Great for photoshoots and video shoots. Industrial windows and colorful walls make great backdrops. Right in the fashion district, walking distance from historic downtown and Pershing square.
