Dream Away In Magical Malibu

I work directly and with an acquisitions company exclusive to me. I rent these spaces to offset their holding cost while properties are for sale. Not all but most of my properties listed are on the market. If property is on market I do not book more than 30 days out, in case it goes into escrow before your booking. The fact my inventory is changing on a regular basis means you are guaranteed a unique shoot because the property won't be visible in dozens of films or magazines. Most properties are 30 people or less. We PREFER PRODUCTION (film / photo). We rarely host events in our properties because we do not want to risk the property being destroyed. If we do allow an event to be held, we will charge double. I am always fair, honest and professional. I ask the same out of you. Please treat our properties as if they were your home.
