Im a 12 year soho resident living a pretty busy professional life as an anesthesiologist. As a side gig, I've fully embraced the sharing economy and am willing to sublet out my place to the right groups. I've had really positive experiences subletting out my place for shoots, focus groups and small intimate events, dinners, music videos, etc.
