The Space

Our 2500+ square foot studio is located in the heart of the fashion district. Facing west, with 15 foot ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows, the carefully curated space is awash in warm color at sunset. Vintage and one-of-kind artist made furniture give the numerous seating areas an eclectic and inspiring vibe. Along with a simple kitchen area, there is also a second space, meant for transformation. This “photo studio” style room is ready for any production or catering needs.

Event and production rates may vary based on size, impact and length of time per event. There is metered street parking that runs from 8a – 6p / M – Sat and 10a – 6p Sun. Or you can park in garage. There is FREE parking on Santee St. after 6p daily Please leave space as you found or a $150 cleaning fee will be incurred Please be sure to include set-up and break-down time in inquiry/booking Security is case by case
