DTLA Creative Space with Natural Lighting

This beautiful 3,100 sq. ft. creative studio/flex space is located in the heart of DTLA's Art's District. The first floor has plenty of natural lighting with 2 garage sliding doors on opposite sides of the space. This includes beautiful unfinished wood beams and columns, a newly added white kitchenette with a dishwasher, and access to a shared restroom. The second floor is just as airy and open with windows and skylights letting in, again, plenty of natural lighting. The space in general is perfectly rectangular, open, and can provide many flexible uses. It is also equipped with A/C from Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM*.
