(w/ AC & Lighting Included by Request) **No Events Hours of Operation: 8am-8pm After Hour Rate, Holiday and Same Day Requests +$25 /hr Holidays, after-hours & same day requests. + 2-hour min. Rates: 1 - 8 hours - $130 per hour ( Rates include Security or site a site rep. Based on needs ) Standard Cleaning Fee (Covers foot traffic and little damages from prop & studio usage) 0 - 4 People - $50 5 - 8 People - $100 9 - 15 People - $150 6 - 19 People - $200 20 - 25 People - $250 ** Use of glitter/ feathers / confetti / balloons / on site construction / extensive flowers and spillage. -- $50 if cleaned, $100 minimum if not cleaned.
