Welcome! This location is an iconic commercial building in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles. The building and the office space inside are prime for filming locations. Ideal for any size ranging from a single private office or conference room to an entire floor. Two or more floors can be made available in the building along with the lobby and rooftop. Staging available upon request. Uploaded photos have staged props and dressing from previous productions for example. *Recently Upgraded: Brand new LED lighting. Great for slow motion capture!
