The Space

DTLA Fashion District, in stunning historic fashion building with floods of natural light with west-facing windows. Between 5pm-7pm the natural sunlight leaves beautiful shadows and highlights on the wall. The stylish loft is tastefully decorated with contemporary and mid-century furnishings alongside an array of large plants throughout. The large west window leaves magical shadows and highlights on the walls and floors. The space boasts two large white and black paper roll down backdrops. Additional photography lighting equipment can be booked and provided on request. Windows come with roller blinds and can be blacked out of required. Space comes with its own fridge and clean communal restrooms and kitchen are available. Abundant Views of Historical Fashion District. Two Elevators, One Passenger and One Freight. Ideally suited for Pop-up Events, Photography, Fashion Photography, Product Photography, Catalog Shoots, Video, TV Series, web series, podcasts, interviews, presentations, meetings, fitness commercials, fitness photoshoots, Yoga shoots, product launches and promotional events. Please, No Live Bands or Performances for music videos. TWO HOUR BOOKING MINIMUM STANDARD OVERTIME RATE IS 1.5X IF OVERTIME REQUESTED WITH LESS THAN 1 HOUR OF BOOKING REMAINING OVERTIME RATE IS 2.0X _________________________________________________________________ PLEASE READ OUR RULES, FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH RULES WILL RESULT IN BOOKING ENDING EARLY WITH NO REFUND. - Masks are mandatory whilst walking in the building and will ensure that ALL your guests wear masks. - Passenger elevator ONLY for passengers. Boxes, racks, dollies or ANY larger item STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED in passenger elevator. You MUST use FREIGHT Elevator located further down lobby. - STRICTLY NO SMOKING, NO VAPING, NO CANDLE BURNING, NO INCENSE in studio AND building. - ONLY sitting allowed on furniture. NO standing. Any Shoe marks or scratches on furniture will result in charge for repair, and/or replacement. - Studio door MUST be kept closed at ALL times. STRICTLY no guest waiting in hallways. - STRICTLY NO Eating / Drinking on Furniture Any food/drink can be placed on the fold up table (located behind dressing curtain) in the studio ONLY. - STRICTLY NO Bags / Gear or Products allowed on Furniture. Any stains or scratches caused by gear placed on furniture will result in repair or replacement. - STRICTLY NO Makeup, No Oil, Beauty products allowed on Furniture. -STRICTLY NO CONFETTI OR GLITTER - I understand Any stains or marks on Furniture left during booking, will result in an EXTRA charge for professional cleaning and/or the cost of a replacement. - ALL Backdrop usage is an EXTRA fee and If I use a backdrop NOT included in the booking, I will be charged a backdrop usage fee of $40 per backdrop used - Noise levels must be kept to a minimum and music at lounge level only during my booking. - Pets are STRICTLY NOT allowed in the studio and my booking will be canceled immediately if accompanying myself or guest/s. - I understand that the Rug may NOT be lifted, folded or crumpled. I understand that any moving of rug, stains or spillages caused on rug or furniture by you or guests, will result in an EXTRA charge for cleaning and/or replacement. - I will leave the space on or before my booking end time. Overtime will be chargeable if the space is NOT vacated on time. If you need extra time contact me for overtime first to check availability. - I understand that permission MUST be obtained to move furniture. Our furniture is highly valuable and any damage caused will result in charges for replacement purchase and other packaging and shipping costs. - ALL furniture MUST be placed back in the original position as found. Failure to place back furniture will result in additional fees. - Any trash MUST be placed in the trash bag provided and placed outside the studio on exit. - I will ONLY contact Anthony or His Assistant if I need help or have an issue to discuss during booking. - STUDIO DOOR MUST BE SHUT CLOSED on Exit. *We do have camera's on the space to monitor: safety, arrival times + departure time, overtimes, extra charges and damages.
