The Space

Welcome to our spacious and natural lighting penthouse with breathtaking views of Downtown Los Angeles. The space is larger than the photos and it goes up to 2,000 sq ft loft that is great for photo shoots, bridal, fashion shows, comedy shows, birthdays, performances, interviews, youtube sessions, & creative events. It has dynamic views of Los Angeles with the skyline that is breath taking. It has a large great room with a photo lab and a make-up bar/dressing room in the back ready for shooting, filming, or something creative ... other private rooms available under the similar listings list! KITCHEN: The kitchen is fully stocked with refrigerator, microwave, stove, and a sink that is all complimentary for use. OTHER: The loft is great for natural lighting especially the golden hour. It has large wide windows that can be covered with curtains that can block bright lighting. Props around the loft can be used as well for shooting. Upon arrival, there is an loading/unloading zone and elevator access in front. All areas are accessible for production purposes- including exterior. What are the power capabilities like in the space? 200 amp Will there be an on-site manager present during the booking? Yes What is the load-in / load-out options on site? Located in the Yellow Zone in front of the address Parking? Park at the meter or “Los Angeles Garage Associates 6th & Main st” $9 daily Highly recommended to download "Spot Hero" to reserve your parking at a discounted rate. IF YOU BRING OUTSIDE THIRD PARTIES, IT'S AN EXTRA CHARGE: Catering: Additional $75 fee DJ's: Additional $75 fee We do have surround bluetooth sound that reaches over 1500 sq ft so most people use that instead of DJ's (recommended)
