DTLA Rooftop Available for Photoshoots and Productions Monday-Saturday, 8 am -6 pm. * Productions per hour (based on the number of people): 1 - 7 people - $60/ hr 8-25 people - $100/ hr 26-60 people - $150/ hr * Studio Combo stating at $190/ hr *Additional Rules & Regulations* -Freight elevator is available for the same hours, 8 am-6 pm ( with a break between 12 pm-1 pm) -Rooftop is bare (2 tables, 16 chairs available upon request) -Bathrooms are located on the 3rd & 2nd floor (accessible by stairs or with an escort) -6th floor is a restricted area

Rose Studios is dedicated to keeping our spaces safe and clean for all our clients! *Sanitizing before & after every booking on all touched surfaces, props, and equipment. *We supply additional sanitizing products. *Mandating frequent hand washing amongst our staff. *Face Mask are worn by staff at all times. *Maintaining social distancing. *Contactless Bookings *Instructing employees to remain home if they, or someone close, are showing symptoms of any illness. ++Masks and gloves are available by request.
