The Space

From small meetings to large conventions, this is DTLA's “one-stop-shop.” Offering extraordinary all-inclusive and a-la-carte spaces and services for producing unique, successful events, The space has earned its reputation for taking event experiences to the next level. NON-UNION VENUE, NO PRE-APPROVED VENDOR LISTS Unlike our competitors, all event services are on-site, from decoration, booth build-out, signage, box office, dock management, material handling, power, internet, engineering, security, housekeeping, event management, and more. ON SITE SERVICES Our motto is simple: “we can do everything or nothing, and everything in between.” For clients that want their event to be turn-key, we can do everything; for clients that are event producers, we can just provide the space for you to create your own vision. Our flexible staff pricing provides significant flexibility in what we can provide; if there is any particular company, crew, or vendors you'd like to utilize, you're more than welcome to do so. WORLD CLASS EVENTS Art exhibitions, fashion shows, performance arts, trade events, speaking panels; you name it, we have done it. Take a look at our space transformations from past events. Client must notify us no less than 120 days in advance of cancellation. Should they fail to meet the deadline we are entitled to 100% of the client payment as its cancellation charge.
