Private Events: You can BYOB for this space, or we can serve beer and wine for an additional fee (8 tap beer tower perfect for bigger events!). We can cater the food for your event: minimum $18 per person, but we can accommodate any need or budget. If you are catering your food, back entrance and full kitchen available for prep. We have a beer and wine license in place to sell beer and wine if needed. DJ service, security and bartender/host service available upon request for extra charge. No smoking and no pets, please. Print, video and tv productions: minimum rental fee is $800 per hour, and COI is required. Minimum rental for productions is one hour, with additional time charged in 30 minute increments. 8+ hours 10% Discount $80 cleaning fee

50% refund up to 1 week prior to event check in, except service fees.
