The Space

Our versatile space is perfect for film shoots, bridal and baby showers, small weddings and receptions, birthday parties, screenings, karaoke nights, socials, shows, pop-ups, seminars, meetings, music, art exhibitions and more. We have worked hard to ensure our space has a good vibe, the kind of place where people can feel at home. It is filled with beautiful and eclectic artwork, comfortable furniture for lounging, as well as round tables and wooden chairs. The space is also fully customizable: curtains can be drawn to create separate areas, and feel free to move furniture around as you wish (we can also remove everything for a $300 fee). We are located in the heart of LA (Mid City), about equal distance to downtown, Santa Monica / Westside, Hollywood and West Hollywood - perfect access for all of your guests. Street parking is easy. Amenities: Wooden tables and chairs, sofas and armchairs, cocktail tables, bar stools. We also have 30 folding chairs. Refreshment area with counter, microwave, refrigerator and deep freezer 200 inch screen and hi def projector PA system, 2 speakers and 3 microphones with stands Drum set, guitar amp and bass amp Handicap accessible stage 2 restrooms (1 accessible) Large windows that can be covered or left open (we face south and get great light) Exposed brick walls High ceilings
