The Space

Crazy cute eclectic teahouse now being used as a community center. Tons of charm and quirky details your guests will be talking about. Works well for: Writing, brainstorming sessions. Meetings. Auditions/casting. Study groups or table reads. Photo-shoots Filming Urban, office, Lounge, kitchen or cafe scenes. Perfect for: Tea parties Karaoke nights (we have a small family karaoke mic n speaker) Private movie screenings Open Mics Music jam nights. Large family get together kitchen area includes: Two station espresso machine, brewed coffee, flat grills and microwave. Amazing tea selection included. (Ask about availability) Coffee and tea included. There are small private rooms available for a cozy feel or break out, rehearsal or changing rooms. Outdoor area with urban garden and huge bright white wall in secluded spot for photography away from street view. Ask about our two parking spaces. Easy access off the metro Vermont and LACC station. Street parking Large sidewalk out front for outdoor seating and spill out if needed. Projector and large drop screen available. Fast WiFI

Set up and break down included in price. Discounts for non-profit or local social justice groups. Day rate with in reason but over 10hours will be charged at hourly rate. Clean as you go or we can take care of it for a reasonable additional fee ($35-$75) depending on event. Use of tableware and tea sets all included returned as is, or we can wash up after you for a small fee.
