The Space

Gallery: Bright, open space with owner-curated shows, Venue access through hidden book shelf staircase, Please inquire about open dates between curated shows if you would like to display art Venue: 10' x 25' stage with PA system and basic stage setup, Green room / VIP lounge, Built in bar with keg taps, Disco Ball, Fog machine, Projector Outdoor Lounge: Completely enclosed by 12' fencing and includes 2 automatic gates for easy access, Smoking allowed Capacity: is 300 guests. For any party of 50 or more, we ask that you use one of our staff security guards. One bathroom on the venue level will be stocked with supplies and is suitable for parties of 50 or less. For larger parties we suggest renting portable toilets from our preferred vendor for use in the outdoor area. Catering and Alcohol: Outside catering and beverages are welcomed! We have a full bar setup with keg taps and basic bartending supplies. 3 high top tables with metallic gold covers and 3-5 large trash bins are also included in rental. Parking: 4th street has plenty of parking, all spaces unmetered after 8 PM. The front of our space has a loading zone for easy set up and break down, or you can pull into the outdoor lounge area. Uber or Lyft is always encouraged for guests. Noise: Live bands and DJ's are welcome! We just ask that any music be lowered to a conversational level after 3 AM. Feel free to create a playlist and just plug in to our PA system's auxiliary cord with a laptop or iPad as well."

PRICING Event pricing is based on agreed attendance and goes as follows… Under 50 attending - $100/hr rental fee - $15/hr door person if alcohol is being served 50 - 99 attending - $100/hr rental fee - 1 security guard - $40/hr - 1 door person - $15/hr - 1 bathroom rental $75 100 - 149 attending - $150/hr rental fee - 2 security guards - 2 portable bathrooms - $125 150 - 199 attending - $500/hr security deposit - $150/hr rental fee - 2 security guards - 1 door person - $15/hr - 3 portable bathrooms - $175 200 - 249 attending - $500/hr security deposit - $200/hr rental fee - 3 security guards - 1 door person - $15/hr - 3 portable bathrooms - $175 250 - 300 attending - $500/hr security deposit - 3 security guards - $225/hr rental fee - 3 security guards - 1 door person - $15/hr - 3 portable bathrooms - $175 301 - 350 attending - $750/hr security deposit $250/hr rental fee 3 security guards 1 door person - $15/hr 3 portable bathrooms - $175 351 - 400 attending - $750/hr security deposit $275/hr rental fee 4 security guards 1 door person - $15/hr 4 portable bathrooms - $225 ALCOHOL Alcohol is allowed with proper permits from the city if the event is public and ticketed. Approved permits must be submitted to to us 2 hours before event time on day of event in order to allow alcohol. ADD ONS Full sound system available for $200 and sound engineer for $20/hr. Valet available upon request Tables, chairs, tent rental available upon request PARKING Street parking usually available on Towne between 3rd and 4th or paid parking at 300 Central Ave - One block away and open until 2am. CLEANING Venue must be cleaned immediately after event ends to get back security deposit. Trash must be collected and placed into dumpster. If trash is more than dumpster space a removal fee of $200 will be added. HANGING/PAINTING WALLS Hanging of art is allowed on walls. Nails are OK. Painting of walls is allowed with an additional fee to repaint after event is done.
