The Space

WE ARE CURRENTLY NOT RENTING FOR PARTIES OR EVENTS. This 1400 sq ft, stand-alone converted garage with curtained performance space, 8x22 ft stage, separate kitchen and changing room, bathroom, and beautiful lobby space is perfect for photo shoots, meetings, small performances, workshops, and classes. Curtains can be retracted or removed to expose iron windows that let in UNBELIEVABLE lighting, and the curtain that divides the lobby from the performance space can be retracted to open the entire space. Interior design elements make the space feel like an eclectic urban loft with beautifully colored walls, and vintage lighting. Space includes: single bathroom with sink, separate kitchenette with sink, mini fridge, filtered water dispenser, coffee/tea maker, clothing rack, changing room, and 12 ft ladders, 35 folding chairs, basic set props, 4 black wood blocks, marble top bistro table, leather sofa, leather chairs, 2 TANDUM PARKING SPOTS IN GATED LOT, wifi, Sonos, A/C and heating, basic stage lighting available. All wall decoration and furniture can be moved. Lobby, Bathroom, and Dressing room space: approx 500 sq ft Open Performance space with stage: approx 900 sq ft
