Large oak trees surround the structure offering beautiful views of their branches from the upstairs windows. This house is located at the end of the driveway offering easy access for production. Across from the house is a seasonal garden, and past the house is a large yard that can be used and shot in various ways. Set builds are okay in this outdoor space with prior discussion and approval. The other exterior areas of the property are easily walkable and include a wood bridge that overlooks the natural creek-bed, which winds through the heart of the property. With several access points, this creek-bed creates our own private hiking trail encompassed with enchanting oaks, sycamores, and eucalyptus trees.
